We tried it for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. You can choose the type of broth you want to cook the other dishes in directly from your tablet. The selection is vast, and the atmosphere and hospitality are excellent. It's located inside the Japan House Japanese restaurant. Definitely worth trying at least once!

Starting from the positive sides, I underline the kind welcome of the staff, and the innovative and nice idea, but I end here with the positive sides. We went for lunch on Sunday and the environment was so cold that many diners in the restaurant ate with their jackets on, including children, and out of three, two of our group had a cold on Monday, while in the adjacent Japan House it was dying of heat; the food is mediocre, it is cooked in broths of various flavors (they got the order wrong for us but never mind that), and the food all tastes the same, then if you want you can still order sushi. The sauces are self-service and you had to scrape the bottom of the bowls, the menu is all you can eat, at €29.90 per person, plus service plus drinks, the three of us spent €101 drinking only water. Definitely overpriced for both the service and the quality of the food. We can only think about returning if something changes. Sin.

In the back room of a fine sushi restaurant The hotpot room is located in the back room of a well-maintained sushi restaurant. As soon as we cross the threshold of the hotpot room, we notice the vast difference between the two spaces; the first, the sushi room, is a classic Japan House, while the hotpot room has nothing in common with the rest of the establishment and seems completely abandoned. The thermostats are off, the environment is dirty, the floors are wet, the bathrooms are filthy, the area dedicated to the sauces buffet is completely beyond any hygiene standards. Despite there being three tables beyond ours, our drinks don't arrive, and the broth is served after more than half an hour... by the time the food arrives, it's half evaporated... we don't understand how it could take so long for the food, considering it's frozen and raw products that we should have cooked in the broth ourselves. Nonexistent waiters appearing every half hour, dishes that don't arrive, and dishes that arrive incorrectly (and we're always talking about frozen and/or raw products). After nearly two hours of waiting and the dismay of several diners, the chef appears and serves the dishes by dipping his fingers into them. Tired of the interminable wait, we decide to leave, and upon getting up, we realize the watery pizza that had formed under our table from condensation. We're giving it one star because at least they admitted they'd made a fool of themselves and apologized with a 20% discount.

It's closed and no longer exists. Thanks Google for removing it. It took 20 minutes to get here.
